What’s included in the free trial?: The 14-day trial includes every Growth feature, including cycle counts, receiving, purchasing, and budgets, for up to 50 equipment assets and 3 users. No credit card is required. When it ends, choose the plan that fits.
What counts toward the equipment limit?: Active equipment assets, such as devices, instruments, and computers. Supply and bench stock items don’t count toward the limit, and archived assets don’t either.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Yes. Admins can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings, then Organization. Changes take effect through your billing portal.
Can I get my data out?: Yes. Assets, licenses, and reports can be exported to CSV at any time, on every plan.
Do you offer pricing for health systems or multiple facilities?: Yes. Enterprise pricing depends on the number of facilities, users, and the onboarding help you need. Talk to us and we’ll put together a quote.
